General Questions and Information

  • Throw back to the very best of the 90’s & 00’s as the international touring festival smash hit arrives in the U.K for the very first time for the biggest night of your life! ✈️ 🌍

    Get ready to be taken back in time with an incredible night of world class DJ’s, entertainers, dancers, live singers, musicians. legendary hosts and MC’s, confetti showers and much much more! This is how we do it! 🎉

  • The big rnb Fest is hosted in venues all around the uk! You can find our list of venues and cities on our locations tab.

Ticket & Entry Information

  • Tickets are mainly available on our website (you are on it, Just click on your city) and also via Ticket Tailor. We may also host tickets on some other sites such as see tickets or Fatsoma.

  • Booking fees are not something we are in control of, the ticket partners add ticket fees and are their fees for processing the tickets / drinks tokens.

  • The last admission is one hour before the Session ends.

  • Most of our sessions sell out and there is no guarantee tickets will be available on the day for any sessions. You are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Sorry – no. Our policy is no refunds of tickets or tokens purchased in advance. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.

  • All events are hosted inside venues.

  • Unfortunately not. The event is strictly 18+. This includes children in prams also.

    ID Will be required by all, even if you are lucky enough to look under 25.

  • Unfortunately not, no matter how nice dog is you can not bring your dog / cat / budgie or pet giraffe.

  • Unfortunately not, at most venues there will be areas that you can sit down if you require.
